The Challenge

One overarching company that has six different breeds of dogs, all who have litters at different times. Easy right? When we met with Country Way Kennels, they described their history of trying to advertise their puppies on various forums and social media. Having multiple families and pet breeds involved under the same brand made this even more difficult. They also struggled with an easy way to provide current customers who had reserved a puppy with updates. Lastly, they did not have a website therefore limiting alot of opportunities to run advertising campaigns when puppies were coming available!

What We Did

One of the biggest challenges of this project was giving each breed its own dedicated page with breed info, updates, and more, while still maintaining the cohesiveness of a single company and brand image. Since this company was starting their web presence from the ground up, we were able to assist them in creating a logo, their brand color scheme, and social media platforms all setup with the same brand image across the board.  To solve the problem of updating clients who had already put down deposits, we linked their individual breed Instagram's to each breed specific page so that new customers could see their reserved puppy as it grew!

Along with building the website to cater to the six individual breeds under one brand image we also setup custom URL email accounts, Facebook, and YouTube channels for more advertising options. With the first litter of puppies, we were able to create a compelling ad piece and drive over 16,204 impressions, 1,218 customer link clicks, and numerous calls to their website. Their very first social media ad campaign linked to their new website resulting in all 12 of their Goldendoodle puppies being reserved within two weeks of listing them and ahead of schedule!

Lastly the owner of Marketing Vines has a Country Way Kennels Golden Retriever, and we were honored to make a Past Clients page to showcase numerous families with their fur babies, along with creating a form and image submission option on page for any future clients to submit their CWK pet pictures!

What We Achieved

After the completion of their website, Country Way Kennels has seen a massive improvement on connecting their puppies to their forever homes while making it easier to share updates. They have seen an increase in traffic, both organic and paid to their new website, and a major increase in customer calls from the first Social Media marketing campaign we ran for them! They called us excited about the future, assured us they would be in touch when they had additional litters, and thanked us for all the help! We will be running marketing campaigns as needed for this client for years to come!
